Course Overview
The aim of 6th grade Social Studies is to enable scholars to become independent thinkers with respect to the history of Ancient Civilizations and the United States. They will be taught to create their own arguments based on the information they are presented with, and use evidence from various sources to support their thinking. Additionally, scholars will be expected to translate their learning into content-rich discussions and project-based learning assignments.
After-School Help
I stay after with scholars every Wednesday and Thursday. If your scholar needs extra help or you want to come in and see me, then these are the best times.
